Welcome to our Year 3 Class Page

I am thrilled to be your child/children's teacher this year and look forward to working together to ensure a positive and enriching experience. I am excited about all the new challenges, discoveries and fun we will have!

Throughout the year, I will keep you informed about what we're working on in class, upcoming events and ways you can support your child/ children's learning at home.

Homework

Year 3 have their spelling test every Monday. On the same day, the children receive their new spellings for the week. These spellings are displayed clearly in the Year 3 classroom so that the children can refer to them daily. They practise their spellings through a range of spelling tasks each day during registration time.

Reading - Please listen to your child/ children read daily and have their reading diaries signed. Book change will take place every fortnight.
